The intriguing part of rail yard art, is that one never knows what part of Canada they were created in–though an engineer once told me most come from Saskatchewan.
The rusty coloured mountains adorning this rail car must indeed have come from far away–in my rain forest city the mountains are always navy blue. Perhaps they were brought to life in the arid climate of the Okanogan or the deserts of New Mexico.
Hey, you never know.

Navy blue? They look green from my window.
